Description
The lights came on in the padded cell, jolting Lara away from her memories, and a tinny voice began instructing her. "Ok Lara, walk to the far wall of the cell and face the door." Lara's eyes had not yet adjusted to the light, but she was able to stand and shuffle awkwardly to the wall. Opening her eyes slightly she could see a figure staring through the window at her. Martha was ready to enter the cell.

Looking through the window Martha could see Croft's lips moving, she touched the intercom again "don't bother trying to talk, it's completely sound-proofed and this intercom is only one-way. Face the wall please." Lara complied.

After entering the cell Martha closed the door behind her. "Ok Lara listen up"
"Martha I'm sorry for earlier, I mean it."
"Don't worry about that, I have something very important to tell you" Martha said curtly. "You must not mention anything that was said inside this room, this is one of the very few places where the walls have no ears. Understand?" Lara nodded. "Do not mention Mathias to anyone, the visitor you'll be seeing knows all about you and the other's time on the island. It's important you listen to him carefully."
"I understand."
"Unfortunately, because you're now back as a CAT-A, you'll need to be securely transported and will have to remain as such during your meeting."
"Ok.." Lara nodded, she was glad Martha was giving her a second chance and would gladly endure some discomfort.
"And I'll need to gag you, I just can't have you mentioning anything out loud in transit."
Lara closed her eyes and sighed "understood Martha, and sorry."

Lara was instructed to keep facing the wall while Martha wheeled in the handtruck, the same one she was strapped to when she met Jackie, and laid it on the floor. "Ok, sit here and put your feet on the floorplate, quickly! This shouldn't take long, and remember - if this interrogation goes well, things can start getting better for you." Martha produced a thick rubber and canvas muzzle from a plastic bag.
