Description
A study of one of my favourite places; Pike Place Market on the Seattle waterfront. Sort of re-imagined for the 1920s. Took some liberties with what was there at that period but it generally captures the vibe of that place at that time. Created in 3ds max and photoshop.

umm, I used several photos as inspiration but I built a 3d model to paint over. I picked the composition/camera angle and basic light set up while inside the 3d space

This makes me incredibly homesick. i'm living in a southern state right now and the 20s are my favorite era, and seattle is my favorite place in the world. you captured it perfectly and i absolutely adore it.

It looks just really well. The reflections and the "temperature" is just so cool. 1920's as in cars but it looks just like Europe, well it's always 1920.
