Description Recently I was watching some Theodore Tugboat episodes and found this pretty adorable character named Dorothy. She's a small dory boat and is probably one of the cutest characters I know so far. So, feeling pretty bored, I made Dorothy in human form as I imagine her. I imagine her being a sweet young girl, probably as young as Rosy from Balto or Jenny from Oliver and Company. So here's little Dorothy the dory in human form.
