The Rita Limited is making one of her regular runs from Dalmatia City to Paradise City, passing through some hills and farmlands somewhere outside of Three River City with it's usual Milwaukee Road coaches with Sabrina the Milwaukee S3 up front. But whoa whoa whoa! You can clearly see that the train has something interesting at the back of the passenger special. That is business car #98 "Talon", one of the several business cars used on the Dalmatian Central's very own Office Car Specials and often seen on the back of many passenger and freight trains when traveling from one place to the other. Like Norfolk Southern, Kansas City Southern, Union Pacific and other railroads, the DCRR owns and operates their own OCS using a variety of passenger cars, including original DCRR coaches, all fitted with modern day appliances and first class furniture to make the cars much more comfy and perfect for those who ride the train to business meetings, special events or even go to the Greyhound races.

Recently I thought about having an OCS for my fictional railroad and so I started on the observation cars to see how they'll look in this livery. I might go back and adjust the blue a bit, maybe make it into Orient Express colors, but I'll have to see.
