is not easy to answer, I do not think there is an ideal type of face, the faces are different, some measurements and proportions fit many faces, while others have to make some changes but not consider them disproportionate but different.
In general, the measurements or the proportions canons are useful to set up a face but every face is modeled observing the physiognomy.

Io per via della tavoletta grafica ho il tratto un po' incerto, in certi disegni la cosa si nota.
