I'm amazed at how you "get" my pictures so well, so entirely, actually. I guess our inner, alternate personal universes overlap each other, somehow, somewhere... I even see what we do as complementary, in some way. Would I be rich, I definitely would have commissioned you for a map of the Diesel Empire, or a map of Diesel City that, I'm sure, would have been very inspirational in turn. Alas...

Anyway, your input under the form of a concept would be even more inspiring to me than a map, I think. All Diesel City pictures, plus related frames, are in my Dieselpunk gallery. Diesel City is a very dark place on the brink of some impending, though not clearly defined conflict. Time seems to be suspended in some forties-like era; You never can tell if it's night or day and the atmosphere is heavy, worrying. There are spies, double agents and femmes fatales in the Noir genre around, a Philip Marlow-style guy, plus a nazi like villain. Otherwise, everything is open : who's good, who's bad, etc...
