Prothean Reaper War series- Act0: The Birth of a Trollthean 1 ([link] )

Even a 50000 year old troll had his days of innocence.
Vahana was so badass, she just pwn the little Javik like handling a raging kitty.

Headcanon:
1. Javik's biotic talent was about the equivalent to an Ardat-Yakshi, which was far more violent and powerful than Jack.
2. Protheans usually refer to each other by their titles. Exchanging full names suggests an equal relationship.
3. Vahana called Javik by his Last Name as an act of etiquette, since Castes are no longer valid on the Fleet.
4. Gelato (Italian-style ice cream) were considered a royal delicacy for the Protheans, although getting one would not be punished at all, not every civilian (like Javik's caste) has the opportunity to eat it.

Great comic. Javik has always seemd an interesting character to me, given everything he's lost. I'm actually surprised they made him a DLC character. He seems like the kind of guy whose pretty important.

Second: I love your design on Vahana. I read the character page on her, and I just love how she looks pretty much just like a prothean, but still looks feminine.

Oh he's different from the average Vorcha.
He speaks in a 1960 attitude with the WW2 speak. He was taught at a very young age by salaraian, humans, and asari scholars. Unfortunately other vorcha hate him, they think of him as an idiot.

Actually he's gone all raging and tearing things out because it's hard to accept the fact that he's the only survivor of the colony. He wanted to go home and see it for himself, you know.
So he was trolling the Penumbra Apex until the Empress told him to chill out.

Javik is actually very strong, he's about as powerful as an Ardak-Yakshi at this time of age (in the comic). It's just that his opponent was way more powerful than him.
The average strenge in protheans' biotic power aren't as powerful as them; both the Empress and Javik just happen to be the rare ones.

Javik.... you looks so X3 adorable!~ You are really genius to make Javik flashback. I believe so before reaper come Prothean is not really severe like Javik nowdays, they had love and hospitable for another race. The Metacon War was a turning point of a peaceful state Prothean be full of misery in which they are ultimately "enslaving" other races to help them in battle.

Yeah I do believe in that as well, though I'd say that throughout prothean histories, there were definitely wars greater than Prothean Rachini War or the Metacon War.
My headcanon tells me that prothean in general was a race believing in a spiritual harmony and considered the machines as something without having a spirit. And when they discovered the message left by the Inusannon, they sought to unify the entire galaxy through means of making alliances or conquering regions. Some overseers were more liberal in treating other races, such as Emperor Graileann (Vahana's father); while some ensures a superiority of their own race over the others. Well, at least we had the Archknight Orders which disregards racial/caste difference... even though some prothean despised the Archknights because of their "racial impurities", they'd have to rely them nevertheless.
