Hi Stengchen. I was wondering if we could use your photo and get it printed for our showroom. We are a kitchen and bath design studio and we recently put in a new display and thought it would be a fun idea to put up picture of abandoned kitchens in our display. We will only be doing 1 print. When people abandon these places it makes you wonder do they ever think about the places they left, do they ever intend to come back, what would they think about people marveling about this archiological find?

Reminds me of my great grandmothers house. My father would visit the ruin and become misty eyed. Sometimes he would share tales of happy days around the old fire place, where corn cakes were cooked on the blade of a shovel, and the men dried their wet clothing, and each child kept a brick to put under the covers at the foot of the bed on cold nights.
