It's just a basic sugar cookie and frosting recipe. Nothing special. I made my own colors mixing food coloring. It was really just like painting. But with frosting! Then for the metallic detail I just used gold and silver sugar dust you find in craft stores. Mix it with a bit of vanilla or something else that easily evaporates so after you paint it on and let it dry it just leaves behind the gold and silver sugar flakes. It was sort of a last minute addition I found and thought would look good. :3
