Description Another one of my creations! This is a Sweet White Wine cake, filled with a white chocolate and wine ganache and topped with a sweet white wine butter cream and sugar pearls.

They came out so much more delicious than I thought and were a BIG hit. So I'm going to get to working on a Red Wine and Dark Chocolate Cupcake!

It seems to be a new trend, putting wine/other alcoholic beverages into cakes.

But it's a trend I shall embrace. :3
