Like all the others said this is a good shot, I even like the lighter colours it gives it an interesting effect.
Looking upwards is a nice use of leading lines, but i feel like the impact of the whole image could have a lot more impact if you took the photo from lower down like looking up from the bottom of the buildings.
This would also improve if you had added the rule of thirds or a focal point it would just draw the viewer in a lot more.
this is just my point of view I am no professional but have taken subjects in photography
