You had me scared too. The last thing we want or need is to lose a talented artist like You, Steve as well as a skilled pilot. I'm sure there's a lot of things You can teach someone in the clouds or on the ground. I'd sign up for private lessons soon in a few weeks & I look forward to all the many hours of learning before actually flying.Β
Does someone have to take their solo flight alone or can a pilot be nearby in the cockpit to help out? πWill lessons take Β as long as construction of a cell phone tower because the one they are putting up near me is nearly completed but it seemed like it took forever π±ββοΈππ

Solo is solo hun. It is your first flight alone after about 15 or so hours with an instructor.

The last thing you do before getting out of an aircraft is complete the shutdown checklist. We just did that. I suppose "Preflight Checklist Complete" might be a better name! Thoughts?
