Alien Statues and weapon concepts for WarCry Extermination by Dream Powered Games (~DreamPowered )The top and bottom concepts are part of the following paintings:
They're just up close shots to help the 3d artists sculpt. There's a lack of detail in them since they are statues and the final product will have a real weathered look to them...maybe even missing limbs to show age.
The stuff on the shield is completely random just to throw ideas out there.

I love the colours in this picture, smooth and sketchy at the same time :] Though the first character looks a bit like your typical most encountered villain. Makes you wish he could stand out more from those in other games, maybe if he had red teeth, that alone might make him rather unique. Other than that he's beautiful (for an evil creature), just a bit similar to so many >.> me being picky, sowwy XD

Great detail on the stone surfaces definitely feels like they've been there a while.
I also like how it's like a cross between Greek and well... alien tech. XD
