Description
After recently reading the Imperial Radch Trilogy (great original sci-fi by the way by Ann Lecke) I decided to create what I thought the "Justice of Toren" may have looked like. Hope I did Breqe proud

I've been wanting to read that trilogy, soon as I get done w/ the Hyperion series. How did you like compared to Dune or the Culture series?
It's hard to get a good idea of how big the ship is just by looking at the image. From what I read of the preview for Ancillary Justice a while ago, I got the impression that it was a fairly large battleship, but if I hadn't known that I would have thought that it was comparable to the Tantive IV. It's very visually appealing, though, and as the other person mentioned, the missiles are great.

I would say it is more like the Culture novels than the Dune ones. I liked it just as much as the Culture stories, had that same kind of solid character development that Mr Banks was so good at. Culture books (excluding one of my favourites of course - Inversions) had more tech than these books although the ships in both series play big parts.
Justice of Torren is actually a troop carrier, but I figured it would need a few guns kicking about 
If you listen to audiobooks - I would recommend listening to these that way as the voice acting by the narrator is excellent.
