This is a small section of a piece I've been working on, I wanted something rendering overnight, so rendered

this part of the piece.


I re-textured the Violin and the bow and I am a little chuffed with how it turned out, so will allow this image to pass as

a completed piece and not a WIP, although the whole image is still a WIP.


Confused? I was and I was typing this lol


I hope you enjoy the piece as much as I do.

with the reverberation glass can provide I can only images the sound would be outstanding

You added refractive index to the material, I suspect frensel edge reflection too.Β  Lots of people forget that. The bump or normal map adds a slight waviness to the refracted light that gives that extra touch of realism!

I'm totally flabbergasted! This is absolutely amazing! Not only the violin is perfectly retextured, also the character is terrific and super realistic! If I didn't know better, I would assume that this was a photo. Composition is beautiful as well. Really great job!
