A re-imagining:“There are more things in heaven and earth than are dreamt of in our philosophy. In the space beneath our skies lie endless frontiers…
“Captain's log: It is the Year of Our Lord 1578. These are the voyages of the airship H.M.S. Enterprise. Her mission, by order of the government of her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth of Greater Britannia: To explore new lands, and seek out unknown peoples and all manner of wild beasts … to boldly go where no loyal subject or ally of the Queen has gone before!”
Here the Enterprise has just defeated an enemy Imperial Klingon airship in deadly battle. But Captain James Tiberius Kirk barely has time to savor the savage glee of victory before the keen senses of Mr. Spock, the desert elf, detect a new danger fast approaching from an unexpected quarter ....
