Whoa. This is incredibly COOL. I could think of a hundred scenarios on what's going on here. Is the video game that inspired you "F.E.A.R."? Because there are levels in the game that have trippy environments like this. Bt the way, I LOVE what you put on her face.

Now you make me wonder which game you got inspired by. The first that came to mind is MGSV: The Phantom Pain, which has Big Boss with a prosthetic left arm waking up from a coma, but I'm not sure.
