You never asked me that.
Well, I've tried drawing him as a human, but there's a pair of problems:
- Proportions. He is about twice as short as von Vulture, which is a child's height. Because he is an owl! (Well, I assume so. I stumbled upon his page on some Wiki dedicated to German soldiers and others, and he was called a parrot) If I keep him like that, he'd be a midget. I should probably make him a bit taller.
- Head+face shape. This one is A LOT worse... I don't even want to talk about it, I'll just post the sketches on my Photobucket account, though I'm really ashamed. Honestly, he is hotter as a bird.

I can't imagine him as a human, honestly, but if you can throw a picture-idea, I'll gladly look at it.

Are you sure he's an owl?

His species was never named in the cartoon or even plot summaries! I have 3 ideas of what he is: owl, parrot or midget vulture. I think he is an owl because he is small, has a short beak, and his feet seem to be covered in feathers. This is just an opinion, I'm not even 90% sure he is an owl...

Also, I've just found out DTC was released on the next day after my Birthday!
