I uploaded this mainly just to get him out of my head cuz he's been running around ranting in there for a couple months (& my art block is gone!! Hooray!! ) Turns out this is just what I needed; to get this blind crack psycho out of my head & onto the cpu screen XD Until about 4 days ago, this dude uded to be a "she" with talon fingers & the ability to read your emotions. Now, she is a "he" who's blind, has alchemy symbols on the back of his hands, can use alchemy without the talisman, & has a obsession over butterflies

Name~17 (Seventeen) or Septumdecim or... SD for short (septumdecim= 17 in latin)
Number placement~On back of hooded cape because he wasn't created with a number (cape was cut off by smear effect, SRY )
Been around for~no one really knows Acts like he's about 20-25, somewhere around there
Tagline~ "To Reveal The Truth To Us."
Abilities~He's blind but he can see people's Aura or "colors", being blind doesn't really matter because he can still see perceptual vibrations, movements, certain lights, & emotional colors of all other sentient beings. He also has strange dreams, flashbacks, & visions of past, present, & future & he has a little pet mutated butterfly & he sort of talks to it O_o... wut? Guys get lonely too!
Weapons~Himself because he can use alchemy( ) HE'SA-FIRIN'-HIS-LAZAH!
Love interest~He likes to hang around 7 (not romantically) but it still make's 9 jealous because he thinks sumthin' is going on ...n00b...
Likes~Butterflies (which are the only living animals at the moment in my story & they're mutated ), basically all the other stitchpunks, practicing his alchemy, & talking in Latin to his butterfly (pro vestri notitia, ego narro Latin...excipio Ego sum non bonus narro is )
Dislikes~machines, hurting others he cares about, being alone, not being understood on an emotional level (which happens alot since he can see other's emotions but they don't pick up on his too well)
Info~17 was created by the Fabrication Machine after it disected 10 to get the basic knoweldge on how stitchpunks work. He was meant to be a replacement for the Talisman since the Fab Machine didn't know where it was. But once he was brought to life with the soul of a victim that was captured by the Fab Machine, he managed to run away & it made the Cat Beast to go out looking for him. (can you tell I've been thinking about this too much? XD) Anyway, the Fab Machine was shut down after a while & instead of bringing back 17, the Cat Beast brought back the talisman with 2 when he threw him in a bird cage. Meanwhile, 17 wandered alone for so long that he feared he would go insane, but instead of going completely mad, he began picking up on colors & auras of humans until they all died off & by them he had a complete conceptual image of the landscape based solely on perceptual vibrations & a sort of ultrasound radar thing along with certain light rays & all that science stuff no one cares about.
Personality~Very gentleman-like (acts like Malchior from "Spellbound" on Teen Titans, but not as evil &...dragony 0_0).
Voice actor~Hugh Jackman w/ his Aussie accent (so smexy...>X3)
