Anomalies: His 'numbers' make up the circles of his optics and he has bright blue and green polka-dot material patching up his left side right above his hip.
Accessories: Backpack and a staff with a glass fragment strapped to the end to be used as a weapon.
Abilities: He's smart - smarter than others give him credit for. He doesn't hide that he's a jerk either and loves to play tricks on others...though usually he's the only one that thinks the tricks are funny. He has a knack of setting up crazy traps and contraptions that he uses on his fellow ragdolls whenever he gets bored.
Weapon(s): (mentioned in accessories) A metal 'staff' that is about 5 1/2 inches tall with a decent size fragment of glass tied to the end with metal wiring. The glass is broken, making it extremely sharp and, therefor, useful as 69's weapon. He also carries random items in his pack that he may use as a weapon in the need arises.

Personality: He hides alot behind that cool, happy smile of his. He has many scars, most of them being mental - he takes pleasure in hurting others, which is why he ended up becoming a rogue instead of a savior. His traps are elaborate and usually end up hurting the poor stitchpunk that accidentally wanders to close to it. Which is fine with 69 - he finds it hilarious when others are caught in his traps! He also has a habit of collecting random items out of plain curiousity and doesn't really like company unless they're giving him something for his time.
Other Information: He wasn't always twisted and demented in his fun. Used to be leader of a small band of ragdolls, 18 being one of the members before they were attacked by beasts. Instead of standing and fighting, he left his group to die...and didn't regret his decision, believing them all to have died anyway.
