They're little cards, yes X3 2.5 by 3.5 ATC or ACEO cards (Same thing, different names XD ) basically artists draw on them traditionally and send the little cards to one another :'D

there some special paper to buy? Cuz I have plenty of poster board to
cut to size XD

Nope, not really XD Though the topside of his wing is black with purple skulls and tips, but you can't see that on that image XD
