It wasn't long after her initial growth spurts that Rachel began to enjoy herself once more, and her obnoxious moaning spread over the rest of the city, much like the shadow she cast down upon it. Merely the act of inflating at this point was enough to cause Rachel's body to shake the neighborhood around her base and the surrounding suburbs to an excessive extent, alerting much of the city that hadn't yet been engulfed by her swelling mass of her presence. If anyone had not felt or heard her destructively growing force either, then they surely would have spotted her enormous spherical figure on the city's skyline in the distance. Yet even after becoming so unreasonably colossal, and unstable to the point she appeared fit to burst at any given moment, Rachel cried out for more, and her body obliged...

And that's all! I felt like a little blurb in each part would help piece this all together, given that the gaps aren't all necessarily spaced equally, especially between the last two images.
