I just want to add one minor critique...the sectional sofa looks a bit too angular and hard...maybe soften and round the edges a bit, like you did with the sofa in Belize Villa Interior 2...that is the ONLY thing that I see wrong with this. Otherwise, see my previous comment.

On my ol' quadbox, it takes about 10-12 hours for a reasonably large version of this for print/brochures. I'm slowly putting together a new and improved box, though, which should speed things up considerably!

You probably let it go all night. I know fractal artists who let the comp work while they sleep. Nothing beats a new faster processor though.
