Another character I have waited to reveal here is Gabriel, the wise cracking detective.

Backstory lore drop:

Troublemaker. That's one way to describe the 33 year old detective, from his childhood to his early days as a rookie to a full blown detective, Gabriel always managed to get a case closed....and regularly ending with him needing stitches. Fortunately, he's got an unbelievably amount of luck. Outside his work, Gabriel lives a regular life, got into a relationship and later married said colleague hailing from the same department, then immediately ignoring the married life and making many, many, MANY screw-ups that led to their divorce. Needless to say it's awkward when they lock eyes in the department. According to his ex-wife: "He cracks jokes at the worst of times." Which was a problem that Gabriel himself is aware, trying to juggle the detective life with real life is one he's trying to be better at without trying to be a screw-up.

Gabriel detests violence and tries to smooth talk his way out of anything and uses violence as a last result. And he's constantly a tired and sleepy dude.
