Description Just trying to get my hand back in, having scarecly picked up a camera in the past few months... (mortal sin I know! Lol)

A view into the Nith Valley. Been wanting to shoot it for a while, finally got up there with a bit of sun around...

It's taken from a road between Thornhill and Moniaive in Dumfriesshire, looking back towards Thornhill.

Out of interest, where did it make you think of? Dumfriesshire's got a wealth of photo oppertunities, definatly worth a visit some day!

It is, but that hill up and down to and from Moniaive is a killer - either if it's frosty or there's something coming in the other direction

True! Don't go up there if there's ice around, but otherwise...also, it has a crazy bend which is quite fun
