-Mercy Switch:In a dire situation, if he or an ally is in the mercy of an enemy, he can use power to switch the enemy into the position of mercy.

Skills:
-Nimble: He's used to using speed to over power his opponents, because he is just not physically strong enough to fight multiple opponents. He has also honed this skill from running away from gangs and such over the years.
-Quick reflexes: This was gained from years of living on the streets
-Good peripheral vision: Taught from an early age to always be aware of his surrounding.

Weakness:
-Dependent: He is almost useless in battle if he does not have someone with offensive abilities to support.
-Illiterate: His guardian never bothered to teach him how to read or write properly. This stops him from getting information that requires reading. It also means he can't use writing as a form of communication.

Remiel was raised on the streets, so polite isn't exactly what you’d call him. He talks in slang a lot and generally has bad manners.It’s hard for Remiel to not be immediately dubious of someone else’s actions. He is generally untrusting of people he’s just met. Remiel spends a lot of his time just looking around, he likes to know what’s where just in case. He also tends to observe people’s body language just to work out what they want. If he wants something, he goes about it in a really roundabout way. For example, if he wants someone to leave, he’ll make snide comments about how he’d rather be alone or not make them feel awkward or uncomfortable enough to leave.

History:
His closest thing to a guardian was an old woman who ran a shady fortune telling business, constantly reminded that he was a child of the slums and always would be. As a child, Remiel was taught how to live in the shadows, to not stand out. Remiel however, was quite the problem child and constantly picked fights. His unfriendly demeanor didn't help him either, and so, he grew without friends surrounded by people who didn't like him. The only thing he looked forward to was coming back at night to listen to the old lady play her chimes. Over time though, he developed a friendships with the other misfits of the street. One the stuck out in particular to him was a girl named Tanith. They had grown close enough for him to find it necessary to introduce to the old lady. When they reached the building, the fortune teller wasn't there, so he ducked out for a bit to find her. He returned with her about a minute later, only to find Tanith attempting to steal the chimes. When she dashed away, Remiel tried to go after her. However, the old lady stopped him, saying mercy is worth more than justice. Remiel and Tanith never made up after that. One night, after successfully beating up and then escaping from a large group of small fries, he returned home only to find the old lady at the mercy of a group of men. Apparently she had scammed their boss (which she probably did) and he had come back to get revenge, by slitting her throat. He used his power to swap them around. The fortune teller however, did not kill the man, but rather, stabbed him in the arm, just to negate his arm use. The man's body guards then leaped for the old lady. Remiel grabbed her arm and ran out of the tent. He tried to lose them through back lanes and alleyways, and he would've lost them if the fortune teller wasn't so old. The man who managed to keep up with them menacingly made his way towards him. Remiel braced himself for the blow that was to land, but it never came. He opened his eyes and saw Tanith, holding a bloody metal pipe. Together, they walked back to the old lady's tent, where the man had already crawled away from. Tanith apologized for the incident that happened. Not long after, he and the old lady left town and traveled from place to place, in order to avoid the man's underlings. Whilst on their travels, they came across a flyer for the New World Guild. Though Remiel had initially refused to go, the old lady kicked him out and forced him to go.
