Yeah, that's right! I turned my school work into a way to make fanart! The teacher will never know muahaha! (Or maybe she does idk)
I had already started a different version of this tint assignment with blue instead, but then I decided... 'HMM, THIS LOOKS LIKE A REALLY GOOD CHANCE TO MAKE SOME FANART.' So I decided to discard the other artwork on the LAST DAY for the assignment to be sent and made this in a few hours instead... I don't regret it. (Don't worry, I did end up sending the assignment in time lol.)

Anyways, for those of you who don't know who this character is, it's NKG (Nightmare King Grimm) from Hollow Knight! If you get the game you'll probably see him sooner or later...
Anyways, I might remake this piece digitally someday, to give it a bit more color and detail, y'know? For now, I'm pretty happy with how it looks at the moment. For my first time painting fire in traditional art, I think I did pretty okay!
The reason I decided to make fanart of this character in specific is because he looked kinda cool and fun to paint/draw so yeah.
