October, 2004. The new and improved version of my peacock Transformer, "Spectrum".

(If you don't know what I'm talking about, see my Scraps section, here , before proceeding.)

I chose a more standard transformation scheme for Spectrum here, placing the bird-head in a typical location around his chest in robot mode. Spectrum's weapon is his sword, usable in both modes, and his wings conceal thrusters for robot-mode flight -- though, sadly, his alternate form is virtually flightless.

Bright colors and feathers flowing down his back like a cape make him look regal, but don't think he's full of himself -- he knows that these aren't exactly stealthy colors he wears, so he doesn't actually get sent on missions to combat evil Transformers very often.

Inspired more by the Transformers toy line than the TF cartoons & anime ... hence the placement under "Miscellaneous fanart".
