Here's a photo from the picnic last Saturday. I did a couple of really fun shoots during the event and I'm excited about the photos. I stumbled upon this pic and I really love how the bird is highlighted in the picture.

This costume is a twist on Snow White's Disney movie costume. It was made by Ammie as a Halloween costume for herself, but she never wore it. She was selling it at Anime North this year and I jumped on buying it. She modified it to fit me and it's super cute! It gives me a good excuse to re-wear my Snow White wig and shoes. I honestly don't know if I'll ever wear my original Snow White costume again because the corset is just so difficult to wear, but I have a lot of fond memories of the costume. This version of Snow White is a whole lot more sexy than I expected it to be. LOL When I was doing a shoot with Amanda and she showed me previews I was really shocked by just how it looked. XD It was nice to wear this costume and I look forward to finding a chance to wear it again.

A big thank you goes out to the Cosplay Medic at the picnic. My poor bird lost his beak and I forgot to bring glue. Thankfully he helped me out so I was able to fix my poor bird. This bird has taken a real beating, but he's hanging in there!
