Frisk: A-Asriel?
Asriel: You thought Chara and I were stuck down there... left to wallow in the dust you kicked up?
Frisk: What do you mean...?
Asriel: Chara gave me his soul so that we could cross the barrier.
*Asriel's eyes glow red, indicating Chara is talking through him.
Chara: Did you really think you were above consequences, mirror?
Frisk: Guys... I'm sorry. Honest! I didn't want to kill any of them.
Chara: You killed every last authority figure capable of ruling over the Underground. You left Asriel in charge when he didn't have a clue as to how to fix YOUR mess! You... you killed our mother...
Asriel: And when Dad realized what happened, he... he just...
Frisk: Oh my God... I'm sorry. I'm-
Chara: You're heartless, that's what. If you truly regretted what you did, you would've reset the timeline long ago. Now, we're orphans with no one to turn to.
Frisk: Look, guys! I can fix this! I'll go back! I promise!
Chara: You'll definitely go back... but first, we need to make sure you've learned a lesson in this timeline.
Frisk: What...?!
Asriel: Honestly, I was hoping it would never come down to this. You were so kind to me. We made a promise to see the stars together when we reunited on the surface, and now... Sigh... I made Chara promise no other human would get hurt since we knew you'd eventually reset... but I can't let you go. I didn't lose my parents and Chara so that you could just walk away.

So, I wasn't originally gonna upload this without a background. I just put it into my scraps so that I could try to make something in DA Muro, but people somehow found this in my scraps and favorited it, and I don't want to delete it for that reason, so I guess you guys are getting this a little early.

Anyway, we're here with the digitization of "Undertale - Frisk's Consequences," and I think it looks stunning so far! I pulled all the stops with shading and highlighting to make sure it really popped. Obviously, I'm not done yet, but you guys already know the reason as to why it's here, so yeah. It's still missing a background and some extra little effects, but that'll all be figured out as time goes on. Unfortunately, my schedule has filled up again, so I can't no-life this thing until it's done, so it may take a bit to finish. The only thing I kinda regret is that I don't think I can make it a nighttime scene like I was hoping. With what I have, the colors look too "off" and it's a real pain trying to correct without feeling like I need to mess with every color. That's just not feasible and certainly infuriating. However, I can make it a sunset scene with enough patience, so there's that. My original interpretation of this (the one I had at least a year ago) had this happening in the middle of the day, too, so it won't be too bad. Maybe I'll look into getting Paint Tool SAI one day. Until then, as much as I wasn't expecting to do so, I can give you a quick update until then.

Edit: Finally. After about a week, this behemoth of a project is finally complete. I'm really proud of this, and I'm so glad to finally add this to my gallery for real. I know I always say this, but working on this was a heck of a lot of fun despite all the limitations and minute details to work on.

Edit 2: Fixed up the fade effect on Chara. I didn't like how his left elbow and right shoulder would fade with his arms. Of course, fixing it up was an extremely tedious process that I won't bother going into detail about. Just know that it looks better than it did before.
