What is this, more human art? Crazy, huh.Anyway, yesterday Snowfeather4876 and I went to a Talk and Signing with Victoria Aveyard, the author of Red Queen, and some other authors! Red Queen is one of my favourite YA series (along with Six of Crows and a few others) and so it was incredible to hear her speak! So, I figured I'd draw something to give to her. Originally, I intended on painting it in oil, but in the end I ran out of time (because of another project I was working on, which I shall post later
), but I'm still really happy with how this turned out! This is my interpretation of Mare Barrow! You might remember an old drawing I did of her here: streamwhisker.deviantart.com/a… I think I've improved? I'm surprised by how well it turned out, given how little I draw humans! So I actually got to give this to Victoria Aveyard when she signed my books! It was crazy (I couldn't stop shaking). She really liked it, it was such a surreal situation! Then we talked about feminism because I was wearing my "Feminist" t-shirt. IT WAS SO WEIRD BUT AWESOME.
Anyway. So that happened. xD I might do a digital coloured version of this at some point, we'll see!

Pffffft. xD It's very possible. I only tend to post the art I'm really happy with on my deviantart page, most of the stuff in my notebooks is so messy! I actually try to avoid looking at them because they just frustrate me. xD
