Description Spider-Gwen is a clone of Gwen Stacy (alongside the evil clone of the Black Cat) who was created by the Jackal after he failed to clone Mary Jane Watson and Debra Whitman. Unlike the evil Black Cat, who's Warren's obedient minion, Gwen can not stand his inhuman behavior and she went rogue on her master by rescuing MJ and helping Spidey to stop the mad doctor. Since she has no where to live, Aunt May decided to adopt her as Gwen Reilly. Gwen cut her hair so she can have her own identity rather than for being a copy of the original.
