Description
Rumiko "Rumi" Shiraishi is a Japanese mutant who move to New York and she got her ice powers after her mother and brother died from a car accident when she was very young and placed her in an orphanage. When she turned 16, she accidentally unleashed a potentially endless winter on New York and she took the identity of Yuki Onna, the mythological Japanese ghostly maiden from the snowy mountains who freezes her unexpected victims to death. It's up to Spiderman to track down Yuki Onna, hoping she will restore New York to it's normal state. Unfortunately, the Jackal has some devious plans for her.NOTE: She's not an OC. She's a composition of Rumi Shiraishi and the Winter Witch from the manga adaptation of Spiderman by Ryoichi Ikegami and Kousei Ono. Kinda like Lord Dead Man from Batman series.
