I get shit all the time for one of my characters looking weird. To each there own.
I like it. I can see where the mustache bit is coming from, the lines for the upper lip are a bit pronounced, but I'm not seeing the duck thing. She has full, plump lips. Thats all.

To be honest, in seeing it my first thought was 'Lip liner' not 'Moustache' - I love her design either way ;D

Okay, I see the 'stache too.
But I also see how it happened -
the line weight is in synch with the majority of the rendering,
which is very heavy overall.
However, there are some notable exceptions -
specifically the bridge if the nose
and in the hair.
Also noticed that the line along the lower lip is slightly leaner.
If the upper portion matched the lower, or even the fine line
on the bridge of the nose,
I think you'd still have the definition of the lips you wanted
but without the " 'stache effect".
That said; still pretty kickass overall.
