In the last page where Mias cleans the blood from the floor: he either cleaned all of the blood from the entire house or just his own blood and Elle's little blood stain from her forehead is still in that room where she got thrown by an unseen force and Elias is going to go into that room, see the blood and from that he is going to know someone else is there or at the very least he will know something is up *fingers crossed*
