This is the wedding cake I made for the daughter of the Exec. Chef at work. So of course I was really nervous about doing it!! (He happens to be a CMC as well!) It took some time to pipe all that corneli lace on. I had never made a fondant bow of that shape, so putting it together was a bit difficult, my boss had to help me. But together we got it finished and out on display.Related content

omg, i hate cornelli lace so much. but, ill most likely be doing it sometime in my life as a pastry chef/cake decorator. nice job though.
