Well, maybe not... but I'm going to have as much fun as my 8yo inner child will let me as I grow old.

I have learned that 32yo's can't jump off swingsets like 8yo's do - I tore the ACL in my right knee doing that.

That mainly depends on the coffee you use. Coffee from Brazil is bitter and strong, but I've found that not all coffee is made equal.
Coffee from Panama, for example, is strong and flavorful... but not bitter at all! The amount of bitterness depends entirely on the roasting techniques used by the plantation.

But a cup of coffee also begs for cream and sugar (or flavored cream). And that also helps to cut down on the bitterness.
