Sõsuke Aizen's Kyōka Suigetsu, Gin Ichimaru's Shinsō, and Kaname Tõsen's Suzumushi, Zanpakutō papercrafts.Built on 120 gsm paper with cardboard supports throughout the length of the sword. Kyōka Suigetsu is about 39", Shinsō is 20", and Suzumushi is 44".

They each took a couple of hours. The most time consuming part is always the guard. Gin's sword probably took the same amount of time as Aizen's just because the guard was so complex. But overall they are extremely easy to build, 3 hours a sword tops.
