Yeah, a lot of times .pdf's are extremely low rez, that's why lots of people who do papercraft prefer to use a .pdo if one is available. The quality is much better. .pdo's can be open with a program called Pepakura which will also tell you where each piece is supposed to go.

yeah so i see but still you can make better rez pdf, im just suprised no one does that..I started up papekura making too its so fun, i made a helmet but now i have to figure out with what to..cover it over to be smooth, i glued in the inside with hot glue soits firmer than the plain cardboard..Ideas?

Great! I'm not exactly sure what to suggest, I've never tried to cover a papercraft. Maybe try to find someone else who has made the same craft and ask them what they did. I'm glad you're having so much fun!

well i researched and it seems car bondo is the best for it xD but sadly i screwed up, the helmet fits my brother's head but its too big for me ><
