the thing i dont understand about papercraft is that all the templates i found are really low rez =s

Yeah, a lot of times .pdf's are extremely low rez, that's why lots of people who do papercraft prefer to use a .pdo if one is available. The quality is much better. .pdo's can be open with a program called Pepakura which will also tell you where each piece is supposed to go.

yeah so i see but still you can make better rez pdf, im just suprised no one does that..I started up papekura making too

Great! I'm not exactly sure what to suggest, I've never tried to cover a papercraft. Maybe try to find someone else who has made the same craft and ask them what they did. I'm glad you're having so much fun!

well i researched and it seems car bondo is the best for it xD but sadly i screwed up, the helmet fits my brother's head but its too big for me ><
