Description
The Hana version of the new pilot suit, introduced for the second generation CFs. Due to the Hana being cyborgs, they don't rely on their flesh & blood eyes (if they have them!) like the Earthling pilots do. It is perfectly natural for them to have the information from their vehicle's sensors fed directly into their brains. As such, they prefer the commonality of the Hana sensor ball on the helmet face mask attachment (there's a clear face mask underneath it), on top of the additional protection from its thick armour, and the fully enclosed, armoured cockpit on the Hana specification aircraft.

In addition, the Hana requested Heavy Power Armour attachments on top of the base, moderate power armour abilities of the pilot suit. The cockpit seats in the Hana specification aircraft have been modified to accept the additional armour attachments (in many ways, the attachments are the seat). The bulkiness of the attachments doesn't interfere with the Hana pilot's control inputs, as they are directly wired into their CFs - eliminating the need for the Hana pilot to move their limbs when giving control inputs.

The New Hana Pilot Suit has proven to be both an effective escape system with remarkable pilot survivability, but also a powerful battle asset in its own right. On the other hand, it has not caught on with Earthlings, due to the overall foreignness of the design, in addition to the high rate of fatigue from the armour attachments.

2x beam guns (forearm attachments)
2x G-energy blasters (forearm attachments)
2x retractable claws (forearm attachments)
1x large energy blaster (tail pod)
2x retractable missile launchers (16 anti-aircraft missiles or 32x micro-missiles, or half of each)

Design Notes:
The design theme and a lot of the details originate in the Hana designs (the Defender and 'Repair Bug' specifically) that have appeared so far in the manga. It was fun considering how some of the technologies that are newly developed in-universe would be applied and appear on the pilot suit, in addition to how it would be used on the battlefield.
One remarkable thing about the New Hana Pilot Suit is that it more strongly resembles the Struggle Suit from "Gall Force" -the origin of the power-suit-as-pilot-suit idea- in application than the other pilot suit cum Power Armour in-universe.
