Ok, you'll have to pardon my stupidity on this one, I'm quite new to this and not overly handy with computers either, just know enough to get by. I downloaded the file from here and this is the resolution I got. Is there some way to change it or is this file of no use to you?

well if you did this traditionally with pens and ink then you should be able to scan it at 3000 x 'whatever' at 300dpi and then send me that file. If you did it digitally however but didn't change the resolution before you started then yeah... it'll just be 72dpi and that's that then...
