This another one of the Bonus Pinups I did for the Nyx Anthology.This is Nyx, the title character. My variation of the Greek Goddess, who seems to be overcoming her boredom by going around and granting the wish of certain men to become women.

Doug, you managed to take an ancient Greek Goddess and manage to create a modernized mythology to her. Much like what Nolan did with Batman, you managed to bring a sense of realism to the myth. I would personally like to see a bigger connection to her Greek past in any future projects. Seeing how her father is Chaos, and she is the the mother of Death and Sleep. On a final note you did answer the thought I had of what a bored god or goddess would do for entertainment.

Cool looking image - I especially like how you've got the background/foreground split up so that there's a softness to both, but it's just a bit grainier as we get further away from the figure. The reflection turned out nice, too. Really well done!
