I still wonder why he did it, as of today we still got no clear explanation or reason for her character downfall o_O I know Kubo likes leaving things ambiguous, but this is too much >_< Especially now that she reverted to her giggly scatterbrained personality, save for some dull eyes in some panels. Isn't the point of making a character fail, to have her undergo major changes in her personality ? Oh well, I'll cut Kubo some slack for now, but Orihime better react well the next time she's threatened or attacked.

agreed- apparently the newer chaps means she and chad will face some beatdown soon (and somehow both their powers are from hell (or related to these new group of baddies which are related to hell- urg).
if ichigo comes to save their ass i think i really will have a hissy fit, but lets see neh?
that and kubo has too many other loose ends to tie up, I can't give up quite yet >.<

She does have countless qualities, yet she doesn't use them because she precisely doesn't have faith in herself, and as for the strong will, she really disapointed me during the Lust. Deep down, I do like her, but she disapointed me really bad during the Lust. There were three person she cared for on the dome, among which Ichigo, and yet she didn't protect any of them and let them slaugter each other even though there was no reason to fight since she was free. I hope I'll forgive her one day and start to like her again but really right now I can't.

She didn't disapoint me, I mean after all the Mind fuck, and hell she went threw, Im surprise she didn't break down earlier than that, I mean the man she loved just died infront of her, and she couldn't do anything, LITTERALLY(everyone told her this), then Ishida was getting his ass kicked...I really respect her and everything she does.

It's true that numerous people contributed to destroy her self-esteem (Tesla and Nnoitora particularly) but just because someone says you're worthless and can't do anything doesn't mean you have to listen, or worst believe them. Everyone who went to school or work is confronted with this kind of criticism regularly, yet for most they don't just stand here and wait, they try again, because there is no other way.
As for Ichigo dying, she should have known she was able to heal him, after all she healed him of the same injury by the same man the same day. Her powers depends of her self-esteem, and since it was crushed, she couldn't heal him and let him die, thus letting Ichithing appear.

She didn't believe them, but she tried tons of times, and her shield was destroyed, so was Tsubaki, what was she suppose to do? Use Tsubaki, that failed againts plenty of others, and even got detroyed a num #0 espada, against Ulquiorras New form? It would have failed.

She did heal him, even when she couldn't do it that could because of the reiatsu.

She is the character in Bleach which weaknesses I despise the most >_< Thus there are times when I cheer for her (when she was protecting Tatsuki, slapping Ulquiorra, the handreach) and other times, or rather, most of the time, when I facepalm or feel the sudden need to tear her eyes off.
So I guess I like her, in my own way (in Loly's way ? O_o) xD
