I wouldn't call it a proper re-draw because it's not the same picture, just the same scene.

As a pony who absolutely LOVES te steampunk industrial era, this brightens my day. Although I have to question, Is she resting on a boardwalk that leads into a bay of yellow grass for an ocean? The concept seems odd, BUT is ignored as itis irrelevant compared to the unity and balance and pure AWESOMENESS in the image. Well done to you, good sir.

Interesting Style.
The colors are good and strong, 3 Butterflies for the style...i think its nearly perfect!
Only the shadow between the hooves is pink...

All the shadows are pink (the layer is purple), it's just a bit too prominent right there. I'll try and avoid that next time. Thank you for the feedback and compliments! ^^

I think my only critique, is, soften the muzzle a bit. It's a bit 'blocky' or 'boxy'. Otherwise, an awesome drawing. And Fluttershy looks quite proper

It's a very good picture, but may I kindly point out that the top of her nose is a bit flat, and the sides should be rounded. Fluttershy's ear is a wee bit big, and looks flat, the ear should be more concave and shouldn't be that wide.
The picture is wonderful though, and looks freaking awesome.
