I don't think one can copy-right art that someone else made, least not in any developed country with a functional legal system. Nice picture but your copyright mark over it isn't.

In fact, if you read my byline, it states clearly
"photo © ... and my name" - I do not ever at any point attempt to claim this as my own artwork. I have clearly written about it as being graffitti.
I'm just tired of people ripping off my photos (and they do... repeatedly).

Thanks so much; it is unusual graffiti, in that it is actually very pretty rather than aggressive, imo. We have lots of colourful and well-executed wall-art around here, but most of it is angular and less charming.
