Thank you. How do you feel about her character?

Lovely, it does fit very well, I can't wait to see her and Joker face off, especially if he hints at liking her

" The Joker succeeds in his goal . I do plan on having The Joker strongly hint that he's sexually attracted to Roxanne when he has Jason captive in Arkham Knight, but that was far more about breaking Jason than it was about being interested in Roxanne. "

Yeah, but The Joker was lying. He's not attracted to Roxanne in any way. The Joker heard Jason mention Roxanne's name and offered to bring her to him and hinted that he would have a little fun with her. Jason had to call Roxanne and pretend that he hates her to protect her from The Joker. Then The Joker tells Jason what a horrible man he is for breaking her heart. When The Joker meets Roxanne, all he talks about is all the evil deeds he's done, including torturing and murdering Jason in cold blood, and how none of it would have happened if Batman killed him. To The Joker, Roxanne is nothing more than a tool to break Jason, just like Jason is a tool to break Batman. Batman sees Roxanne as his responsibility due to what happened with Jason and is trying to keep her on the right path. So, she's an unofficial member of the Bat family and, in The Joker's eyes, a way to break Batman. So he's using Roxanne's hatred and doubt to corrupt her into becoming the type of vigilante Batman would never approve of, one that would kill. The minute Roxanne encourages Batman to kill The Joker is the minute she becomes another one of his victims, even if she doesn't know it. The Joker is asexual and he's not the type of villain to obsess over a woman. Sure, he did seduce Harley but Joker was playing an entirely different game. Batman himself says that The Joker will use any material that will work. Though there are extremely subtle hints that The Joker might actually love Harley, the thing The Joker loves most is Batman.

Funny thing is I thought I already made that clear. I hate it when they reduce The Joker to obsessing over a woman. It's why I like Ledger!Joker better than Nicholson!Joker. It's also why I grew a hatred for The Dark Knight fanfiction.

Back in my sporker days, I used to read ledgerjokersues livejournal sporking awful Dark Knight fanfiction. It was always the same with a random woman taking Rachel's place at the party, The Joker kidnaps her and rapes her, then he falls in love with her and we get to see a nice side to him. Sometimes you'd get a triangle between The Joker, the OC and Batman. Joker doesn't obsess over random women and, when The Joker hit on Rachel, he was doing it to frighten her. To The Joker, Rachel was little more than a tool to get to Harvey and Batman. Something that flew over the fanfic writers' heads.

Don't worry, you can tell me what it was about. I won't laugh. Though I am guessing that it has something to do with White Shadow.

So you have written for the Drak Knight. Is there anything about those fanfics you remember?

The joker went back to the Ace chemical plant on his "anniversary" to cause a scene and a girl named April Pholen was their visiting her father and the joker pushes her in a vat of chemicals like Batman did to him. thus April's skin turned white like his and her fiance dies in a car crash trying to get to the hospital to see her thus April becomes an anti-hero much like Catwoman and Roxanne but she was known as The April Fool. And her and Joker have a hate/passion fueled relationship, yet April becomes engaged to Bruce Wayne. it was really silly

Hold up, how did April get into a love/hate relationship with The Joker, how did she become Bruce Wayne's fiance, and how did Harley Quinn feel about all this? To say she'd be angry is an understatement.
Roxanne hates The Joker and she has a screwed up father/daughter relationship with Batman.

I like the different characters except for Mary-Sue and I like the writer's choice of words, it really flows; Have not gotten a chance to review it yet

Normally, I hate the Madonna-Whore complex because of the unfortunate implications it carries, but I don't hate it here. I'll tell you something, that Mary Sue is insane. I half expect her to boil one of the Oompa-Loompas in a large pot, alive. Hopefully, you'll get the chance to review it. Trust me when I say that there's no better way to spread your name. It's how I got her as a regular reviewer.

I've never seen Nanny McPhee. Though, doesn't the main character also get around? I didn't know you knew what that term meant. I liked it in Mean Girls where they show that the line between Madonna and Whore is way thinner than people think.

Yeah, same here. The only reason I saw it was because my sister wanted to and I was sitting around the house doing nothing, bored beyond reason. Episode released a version of it called Mean Girls: Senior Year.

I remember my sister walked out of it saying that it was better than Spiderman 2. She never did have good taste.

Like Clueless, it's a guilty pleasure of mine and I do like Tina Fey's line about how, when girls call each other sluts and whores they make it okay for guys to call them sluts and whores, but to say that it's better than Spiderman is a huge stretch. A really good high school movie would be The Breakfast Club, if you've seen that.

Thank you. The thing is, Yhe Joker succeeded in getting what he wanted from Roxanne while Jafar didn't succeed in getting what he wanted from Jasmine. Do you think it means that Rocanne's weaker or she's dealing with a far more clever villain? I do intend to continue the story as soon as I can rewrite the first chapter.
