Okay then! I absolutely love the piece!
But her ears seem to be positioned for a head more turned away than what it is. Am pretty sure that's an stylistic choice but a mane is not concealing here. And about the mane I'm not sure what happens right there when it meets with the ear, gives me the impression of a wrong stack of layers. Finally the gem in her hat is a lil' flat, where it is should be facing away, almost forward to the edge due to the position in the hat.
That's it! I only noticed this because the piece is so beautiful I spent quite a while looking at it. It's really pretty!
And forgot to mention how cute are the sparks on her mane. The markings are really well done. And the cloth looks very airy and light!

I really understand how the way I draw ears can be confusing because I sometimes look at it and say: 'That doesn't look normal at all ;v;' but I kinda like it? I mean I'm going for something more interesting than bland ears facing forward ^^'. About the mane, I think that looks normal for me since I saw the refrence sheet of this character and know what kind of hairstyle should it be but I must agree it does look a little bit wierd since it gives feeling that it covers ear a bit (this hairstyle suppose to be like on the side and hair coming out like a real horse mane, I hope that sounds understandable ^^'). I didn't really realized it untill you said it. I agree like little gems came out more polished than the bigger one for some reason. That's probably because of what you said, it's positioned wrong and I think I should've add a litttle bit more care to it.
It has more mistakes ;v; (I didn't shade white beads covering ear)

I meant it when I said that I loved your style! It's just a itty bit distracting seeing how the ear connects to the head after staring for bit too long. And overall those are just nitpicks. This may even be one of my favorite pieces of pony fan art I've seen to date!

Since you got this skilled on your own, you are probably better at giving critique too, just change the this feels right/off into words, explain the why, and you already sound nice so that would be it!

If someone asks me for tips I just say: 'Please, don't be lazy', because that's a thing I was missing for a very long time.
