Actually thats a common misconception we only think that because the only time we rely see the out-lands is around episode 1 and 2 after alot of the mpf have kinda decided to abandon the combine.For instance the canals are considered outlands areas and yet in hl2 you mainly see mpf there.Its bean stated that the mpf where actualy made to keep slack off of the overwatch (And so that overwatch wouldn't just go willy nilly amputating everyone for every little crime) though even thats a fan theory.As we dont get any concrete evidence of either portion.

Alright, I'm caught up. I want to go on record and say not only is this the first time I'm commenting on your work, but that this is a beautiful comic. I honestly stumbled upon this by looking up cosplay ideas for Civil Protection. This comic has made me genuinely laugh multiple times and I'm very curious where this plot is going. It has a certain charm that I have yet to find anywhere else. I love it.
The only minor gripe I have with this whole series is the lacking of code phrases the CP's aren't using. I'm a total nerd for how the CP's, AI Dispatcher, and soldier's communicate. But I understand why that isn't the case. It's an action/comedy, not a cinematic, action comic.
In closing, I love your art style. Hope to see more of this soon. And I hope you enjoyed my comment/constructive critique.

If your talking about the series "Civil Protection" by Ross Scott on Youtube, the CP officer with the green text would be Dave and the blue would be Mike, although i don't think these comics are in anyway associated with Ross's Civil Protection, these two do defiantly act like Mike and Dave and I would LOVE to see a voice over of this comic series with Ross and his friend voicing those two CPs.
