Another one of my uncles loves fly fishing. He can talk about it for hours.

ahh..fly fishing...Ayu can be caught by fly tackle too.
but traditional Ayu fishing is bit weird.

catch fish with a fish.
Grilled Ayu is one of my favorite foods!
It's has unique smell like a melon because they eat some kind of weed underwater.
