I'm still trying to catch up with SO many things... The funny content has had me in stitches so far. I even stumbled upon a Zox Playboy magazine cover on here and I'm like 'WTFLMAO'. It almost helped me forget how tragic the show itself was towards the end...
But going back to humor, even with this story, 'What is Love?"...I can't help but have the song of the same name keep replaying in my mind whenever I read it XD Goddamn my overly ridiculous mind sometimes...it's capable of thinking up many scenes of great horror and tragedy, and also many a great humorous things.
The Night at Roxbury scene with the three comedians 'dancing' doesn't help either haha.

It's not "difficult" to animate. but it's super labor heavy. You have to draw each frame. And I really really don't have the patience to do that.

I see your point...I don't see myself doing that either. But if it comes down to that in the future...I won't be disappointed though since art and story telling are passions of mine. But as for right now...all I can manage to do with my character is draw still shots, comic pages and write up a story about him 
When it comes to memes like Roxbury, it's probably easier to edit the characters (or their heads at least) over those three guys than actually animating a whole new segment. I've seen many youtube meme channels do that. Like these gifs but in video form www.google.com/search?biw=1361… Of course, this is just a stupid silly suggestion off the top of my head that should probably be ignored XD Though it goes without saying that there are THREE guys in the group too...
